October 1 - Viva Las Vegas Casino Night at Lake Anna Winery presented by the Lake Anna Business Partnership. One of the biggests events around the lake featuring black jack, Texas Hold 'Em, roulette, craps and Championship Horse Racing. Silent auction, great finger foods, best Elvis costume, music and dancing. October 14 - HAUNTED TRAIL TO BENEFIT THE LAKE ANNA RESCUE INC. JUNIOR PROGRAM at Christopher Run Campground. The trail will feature a Zombie Hunting Camp, all sorts of ghosts, goblins and many more scary creatures that will give you the fright of your life. Costs: 10 dollars per person for unlimited trips through the trail. $5 per person for persons camping at the campground on any of the trail weekends. Times: 7pm until 10 pm. 540.894.4744.

October 22 - OKTOBERFEST at Lake Anna Winery. 5 - 9 pm. Enjoy the bounty and beauty of fall in Lake Anna country. Please join the Louisa Habitat for Humanity for an evening of wine, a hearty authentic German meal and local music from Michael Wheelehan. The $35 Admission helps benefit Louisa Habitat for Humanity causes and includes a great meal, souvenir wineglass, wine tasting, and entertainment. Also enjoy the silent auction and door prizes. October 28 - Haunting Halloween Madness at Lake Anna Winery. 6pm - 10pm. Costumes, music, and food outline this scary Friday night in the vineyard. Dance into the night to the tunes of "String Kings." Pumpkin carving, Roast marshmallows and Wieners by the bon fire, wine tasting, and tours. All for $10 bucks, you gotta be kidding! 540.895.5085.

October 30th - SNAP Night at Obrigado. Live auction, Halloween costume contest and a delicious meal (vegetarian entree available). Dinner seatings are at 6:00, 6:30 and 7:00. Col. Bill Billingsley is our Master of Ceremonies and a professional auctioneer! Spay/Neuter All Pets (SNAP) provides low-cost spay/neuter services for area residents. We would appreciate your support!! November 26-27 - LABP Lake Anna Christmas Open House Weekend. Buy a $1 passport and visit all the participating businesses around the lake for a chance to win a $200 cash prize Sunday at Lake Anna Winery. For more information go to www.visitlakeanna.org.
November 26-27 - Lake Anna Outfitter's Christmas Open House Weekend. Lake Anna Santa will posing with you and your pets for hilarious Christmas photos.
